Not all of these libraries are thoroughly revised. There may still be some missing monsters, and there may be some (or many) stat blocks using the original format. I’m working on it. For those marked “finished,” it means I think I’ve converted stat blocks to the Monster Manual 3 format, added missing monsters not appearing in other sources, and replaced corrupted files with good ones. I’ve only just begun to address adding artifacts, traps and hazards, templates, magic items, etc., but they aren’t my current priority. All that said, please let me know if I missed what I claim to have fixed.
